Make a Holiday Wreath
Now that the holidays are fully upon us, I’m thinking about making decor from our garden. Every year, I make our holiday wreath. It’s super easy, very special, and extremely economical!
In this week’s video, I show you different types of plants that work well in wreaths. Then I cover the basic materials you’ll need (or want). And then it’s time to assemble this year’s wreath. I used a few types of flowers that I dried from this year’s garden, which makes it extra special.
I occasionally host wreath-making parties for my friends. It’s so much fun gathering together and, of course, cookies and hot chocolate play a role! Best of all, it is wonderful seeing how unique everyone’s creation is. And it’s a wonderful way of kicking off the start of the holiday season.
Take a stroll through your garden to see which potential materials you have.

I hope you’ll enjoy the video and that it will inspire you to make your very own wreath! Be creative and do something different every single year.

Here are a couple of photos showing wreaths I’ve made in the past:
Those pale green leaves in the first wreath are actually from my sage plants!
