Video: Moose in the Garden!

I have such a cool video for you this week! It’s all about the moose that have visited our garden. A few weeks ago, we were visited by a huge bull moose. Our backyard security camera captured it entering our backyard. Not long after posting the video to my Facebook page, I noticed that over 9,000 people had liked it!

That got me to thinking about the fact that most folks have never actually seen these magnificent creatures. I knew I should make the video available on other social media channels. So here we are!

These amazing animals are really big and unpredictable. That means you have to keep your distance. You don’t want to get stomped on, right? We tend to watch them through a window and sometimes from our front porch.

Bill and I primarily see moose during the fall and winter months. They do like to surprise us from time to time, though!

But this video is much more than that. In it, you’ll see how our deer fence is put together as well as short video clips from other moose visits to our yard. I even share photos I’ve taken over the years. I think you’ll agree that moose are pretty magnificent!
