Video: Make a Holiday wreath & swag

Ho ho ho, everybody! ‘Tis the season for festive decor and my favorite projects are making a holiday wreath and swag. That’s the subject of this week’s video, which you can watch below.

I have to tell you, making your very own holiday wreath is one of the most satisfying garden-related projects. It involves gathering natural materials, arranging them in a way that makes you smile, and then adding a bit of bling to it: a colorful ribbon and perhaps festive holiday decor such as sparkly berries or ornaments.

If you feel like you don’t have the types of materials you’d prefer, consider asking a friend or neighbor if you can take some snips of a bit of greenery from their yard. And if you make them a wreath or swag while you’re at it, you forge an even stronger bond than you have now!
