Top Videos of 2019
Since 2019 is winding down, I thought it’d be fun to look at my three top videos. And, just in case you’re bored, I’ve embedded those videos in this blog post. Such a deal.
My most popular video was… drum roll, please… How to Grow Beans. Would you believe it has been viewed over 138,000 times? Who knew beans could be so popular! But I can’t blame folks for being interested. That’s because this is such a great, reliable crop to grow in your veggie garden. I suppose a lot of people liked the way we grow beans on an arbor, too. Take a look:
The 2nd most popular video was How to Build Raised Beds, with 83,000 views. This is another one that I’m not particularly surprised. Why? Raised bed gardening is such a great way to grow vegetables. I have 27 raised beds and can’t imagine going back to conventional in-ground gardening. Here’s the video:
Which video came in at number 3? That would be the first vegetable garden tour of the growing season, which I shot in late May. It has been viewed by almost 40,000 people. Isn’t it fun to see how little all the veggies looked at that point in time?
And just for comparison purposes, here is the last vegetable garden tour video I shot in late August:
One last thing, I’m usually pretty quiet about promoting myself. If you enjoy any of my videos or learn something useful, please give those videos a thumbs-up. You just have to be logged onto YouTube in order to do that. And if you haven’t already subscribed (it’s FREE), please do! That way, you are the first to know when I’ve uploaded a brand-new video. My goal has been to keep my website and YouTube channel non-commercial. That said, it really helps my credibility to have a lot of subscribers. Thank you so much for your support and enthusiasm about gardening and the information I share!
