New Video: October Garden Tasks
Hi, everybody! I didn’t shoot a video last week as it was just too hectic around here. I’m trying to make up for that by doing a new video that’s a little longer than usual. The topic? October garden tasks that I needed to take care of before our weather gets any colder.
This includes checking on our winter garden in the hoop house and harvesting lettuce from it. Then moving our winter squash and pumpkins indoors now that they’ve cured in our greenhouse for 2 weeks. After that, getting spring-flowering bulbs planted, taking care of our bird friends, and so on.
I even show you how we store our root crops over the winter months. You definitely won’t want to miss that because it’s simple and works great.
Yup, there are a lot of October garden tasks to check off the list!
