Bloopers Reel

I am far from perfect. As many of you know, I’ve been producing garden how-to videos for the past 3 years. You’d think that, by now, I would have it down pat but that’s not the case at all… as you’re about to see in this year’s “Bloopers Reel.”

My husband loves to call me “One & Done,” in a reference to the fact that I strive to do a video scene in a single take and have occasionally done just that. Unfortunately, it is the exception to the rule.

Sometimes there are things that are completely out of my control: a train whistle, chainsaw, noisy airplane, and cars driving by at the most inopportune times. But many times, I apparently haven’t gotten all my thoughts together in advance or I stumble over a word. Or a completely unexpected word pops right out of my mouth!

The truth is, these videos are a lot of work but I do them because I know they are helpful to gardeners of all levels. This has been a labor of love for me.

So here is the 2017 Bloopers Reel. I hope it will give you some laughs:
