Nov. 21, 2024 _ We continue to experience a beautiful fall here in Spokane, Wash. We did get some snow a couple of nights ago, so things are changing. I really don’t mind the snow because it provides an insulating blanket for our plants.

The next video in my new series “You Grew It, What To Do With It!” focuses on winter squash and pumpkins. I get a lot of questions about how to store or preserve certain crops and how we use them in cooking. Here’s a link to it.
